RATES

No Surprises

At Tech2Go there are no hourly charges, no ticking clock to swell the bill if work takes longer than anticipated.

Fixed Rates

Services are charged at a fixed rate, starting with the Online Basic Service Fee of $99.95.

The On Site Basic Service  Fee is $129.95.

In both cases, the technician performs a hands-on diagnosis and prepares a service recommendation.

If the service can be accomplished in the first hour, only the Basic Service Fee applies. Additional fees may
apply in more complex cases.

Costs are explained in advance, and no work is carried out without customer approval.
